Pay: £14.45 per hour

The Royal Yacht Britannia, voted as the World’s No. 1 Attraction (Tripadvisor), is a five-star visitor attraction and exclusive evening events venue in Edinburgh. The 160-strong team on board is committed to delivering the same standards of excellence that were expected when Britannia was in service.

Fingal, a former Northern Lighthouse Board tender, is permanently berthed on Leith’s vibrant waterfront and has been transformed into a five-star luxury floating hotel, restaurant, bar and events venue.

Events
Join our elite Events department, which hosts exclusive and elegant evening dinner and drinks receptions on board Britannia and Fingal Hotel. We are looking for a Night Waiter/Porter to join our warm and professional team.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver highest quality, ensuring an excellent and welcoming guest experience

• Take and serve orders efficiently while maintaining strong product knowledge

• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of dining and service areas to a high standard

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient service

• Work shifts on a rota basis, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
