Fingal has 22 luxurious cabins, each named after Stevenson lighthouses. The double height Ballroom can seat 60 guests or 100 can delight in a drinks reception. The Lighthouse Restaurant & Bar serves Afternoon Tea, dinner, and cocktails with the Bridge offering a space for private dining.

Each cabin on board Fingal has a king-size bed, Wi-Fi, smart TV as well as tea and coffee-making facilities. The room features a hairdryer, iron, and board. Each ensuite cabin has Noble Isle products, fluffy bathrobes and slippers.

In The Lighthouse Restaurant & Bar at Fingal, guests can enjoy a delicious five-course Afternoon Tea of sweet and savoury delicacies. Only the best seasonal ingredients are selected by our Galley chefs, creating memorable dinner dishes, bursting with flavour. Stunning cocktails can be enjoyed under the restaurant’s shimmering ceiling. Tables must be pre-booked.

Yes, there is free parking available for guests staying at Fingal.

There are no gym facilities on board Fingal but there is a PureGym at Ocean Terminal, just a 5-minute walk away, or David Lloyd Gym at Newhaven only a short 10-minute drive from the hotel.

Fingal offers a list of services and prices in each cabin’s wardrobe. Items received before 9.00am will be returned the same day. A complimentary shoe shine service is available on request.

There is Wi-Fi throughout Fingal. Our Reception team can assist in printing if required.

No, there is no swimming pool at Fingal. There is a swimming pool at the David Lloyd Gym at Newhaven, a 10-minute drive from Fingal.

Guests at Fingal can check in at 3pm with checkout at 12pm.

Guests can take the tram from Edinburgh Airport, alighting at Stop 'Port of Leith' where Fingal is only a 2 minute walk away. Fingal is approximately 40 minutes' drive from Edinburgh Airport. No, we do not have an airport shuttle at Fingal, however, we are more than happy to organise transport during your time with us.

Fingal is a stunning wedding venue with an elegant double-height Ballroom for up to 60 guests. Nothing conventional. Everything is totally unique. Curved walls, portholes, deck spaces, and 22 luxurious cabins including the magnificent Skerryvore Suite for newlyweds.

No, guests are not permitted to smoke inside Fingal. Our Reception team can show you where you can smoke on the quayside.

We welcome assistance dogs on board Fingal.

Breakfast is served in The Lighthouse Restaurant and Bar on board Fingal. The menu offers teas and coffees, a continental breakfast as well as a selection of hot dishes.

For cabins, a cancellation is free of charge if completed by 10am local time - 2 days prior to arrival. After this deadline, a cancellation fee of the full stay is charged. No-show charge is 100% of the full stay including tax. A valid credit or debit card is required for guarantee purposes. This card will not be charged on booking unless it is a group booking. Booking more than 5 cabins at a time or three nights in a row will trigger our group cancellation policy. One night's stay will be charged on booking to guarantee your reservation.
