Cocktails

With a nautical twist

Evenings unfold differently on the water. Light softens over the harbour, glasses catch the last glimmer of sun, and the rhythm of the city segues into something slower.

Come aboard and find your place in The Lighthouse Bar, where cocktails are crafted with a quiet mastery. Classics are served just as you like them, or reimagined with a refined, nautical twist, each one a subtle nod to life at sea, and very Fingal.

Outside on The Fingal Deck, the world slips away. A chilled glass in hand, water moving gently below, and nowhere else you need to be. There is something about a drink on the water, it's different to anywhere else in Edinburgh.
