One of Scotland's most celebrated chefs is stepping aboard Fingal for an exclusive one-night-only dining experience.

Join Chef Nick Nairn as he returns to his nautical roots aboard Scotland's luxury floating hotel. A former navigating officer in the Merchant Navy, Nick and his talented team will take over Fingal's galleys alongside Chef Pedro Barreira and Chef Andrea Sendon Alonso for an evening of exceptional food, storytelling and warm hospitality.

Guests will be welcomed with a complimentary glass of fizz, or alcohol-free alternative, before enjoying Chef's snacks and a specially curated four-course menu featuring some of Nick's favourite dishes. Highlights include Half Scottish Lobster with smoked citrus and herb butter, Highland Venison Loin and Haggis, and a classic Apple Tarte Tatin.

Throughout the evening, Nick will meet guests and share stories from his remarkable career.
